XR developer building training simulations and mixed reality for Meta Quest.

I work in Unreal Engine 5, Unity, and OpenXR, and connect headset apps to the systems around them: learning platforms, APIs, and cloud services. Currently XR Specialist at ProtoGen, based in Boston.

Matthew Neuffer

I'm an XR Specialist at ProtoGen, where I build the Electrician Virtual Training Lab in Unreal Engine 5 and the learning platform behind it. Before that I built VR data visualization at the Global Lab at WPI and real-time 3D jewelry tools at Robert Corio Designs.

My work sits where headsets meet everything else: performance on standalone hardware, mixed reality that fits the room it's in, and the APIs, LMS/LRS connections, and cloud services that make training measurable.

I studied Interactive Media and Game Design at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and live in Boston.
